When You Can Return or Exchange

You are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working properly.
• The product you receive is different from what was listed.
• A hardware fault covered by warranty develops during use.

Return Conditions

To keep the process smooth, please make sure:

• You request the return within 15 days of delivery.
• The product is sent back with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• The item has not been misused, opened for unauthorized repair, or had serial numbers removed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For fairness and security, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Items damaged due to accidents, spills, power surges, or improper handling.

Refunds – How It Works

  with your order number and issue.
• Our team may offer quick troubleshooting or issue a Return Authorization.
• Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll confirm whether it qualifies for a refund, replacement, or repair.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within same days.

Who Pays for Shipping?

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, damage in transit), we cover all return shipping costs.
• If you change your mind or no longer need the product, we cover all return shipping costs.

Warranty Returns

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period, we’ll make it right by:

• Repairing the item at no cost, or
• Replacing it with an equivalent unit, or
• Offering store credit or a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
